Shipping and Returns Policy

All items postage will sent by tracked postage. Your tracking number will be issued once posted. 

Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products.

Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order via Australia Post.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Returns are only permitted if an item is received faulty at no fault of your own and notification is received within 14 days of receipt of parcel.

All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us, but if the unfortunate event occurs, we will happily exchange or, at our discretion refund your purchase.

No change of mind returns will be accepted.

Preordered custom orders are not eligible for a refund. For any cancellation of a preorder where a refund may be offered, a cancellation fee will apply. This covers all administrative fee's which are non refundable to us.
